I have worked over 2,000 Glaziers, Apprentices & Laborers. Lynell Savoy would make my Top 25. His heart, leadership and Want-To is contagious. This man looked after our other glaziers like he was their brother. He didn't have to do that. He always ended up working his way to the top of each crew. He always earned his money. He has also completed some monster projects. Alot of them.

Joe Hannah is definitely one of the best glaziers in the business right now. His workers are the most loyal in the business. Some people claim they came up from nothing, this man means it. He chased a Dream with his wife of owning a successful glass company and now they own two. Alot of people see Joe winning the competition.

Sean Roudabush has more than likely traveled more miles and glazed more cities than any other glazier in the world. Him and his wife Katie, started their own shop and its now two years old. His wife has the determination and drive to match any man in this industry. This combo team is unreal... and they are doing their best to build a great business. It just keeps growing and growing.

Bob belongs to a group of Glaziers who are some of the best in the world...New York City Glaziers. He works at a great company as well...Above All Storefronts. Bob has over 40 years in the field and is a Field Superintendent. This man has a large list of projects that he has been involved with and represents a dying breed of glaziers...the ones that had to know everything about Glazing.

I watched D avid Schwieterman's reaction after watching Joel's Interview on the Podcast. He immediately asked if it was possible to get Joel to move to the states for a Project Management Position.

Canadians are probably the best overall glaziers as a group right now. Thats just the way it is.
